  1. How do I change or cancel an order?

  1. I encountered a problem during checkout.

If you are unable to complete your order at checkout, please call Customer Support at (623) 696-0991. From Monday to Sunday, 9 AM EST to 9 PM EST, we will help you.

 

  1. Why was my order cancelled?

There are many reasons to cancel your order. Please contact customer support at (623) 696-0991 or support@iiopark.com.

 

  1. How long does it take for my order to ship?

Customers can expect their order to arrive at the domestic address within 7-15 days, and we will process your order within 1-2 business days.

 

  1. Can I ship to an address other than the billing address?

If you choose PayPal as your payment method at checkout, you can only ship it to a different address than your bill. All other payment methods require us to ship to your billing address.

 

  1. Do international orders include tariffs and duties?

No. Duties and customs fees for international orders are charged when the package is delivered.
